Technical exchange between KEYE and CHEMI-CON, a top global manufacturer of aluminum electrolytic capacitors

On March 6th, Tang Lin, Deputy General Manager of Anhui Keye Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Zheng ZG, CTO, and their delegation held a seminar on AI visual inspection technology for capacitor products in Wuxi with Abe, Head of Manufacturing Technology Department of Japan CHEMI-CON. (Japan General Factory), Furozawa and Ruoda from the First Production Technology Department, and Fanze from the Second Production Technology Department. They deeply discussed the difficulties of AI visual inspection technology in multiple production processes such as winding, assembly, aging testing, shaping, tape weaving, and seat plate, and further cooperation between the two parties.

At the meeting, he introduced the latest technology and scheme of visual inspection of Keye Technology in capacitor products, as well as the application effect of our self-developed Al edge computing unit and algorithm in the project. Both sides will further deepen the implementation process of existing projects, strengthen cooperation in the field of capacitors, and jointly promote the development of technology throughout the entire industry chain.

According to Abe, the head of the Manufacturing Technology Department at CHEMI-CON in Japan, with the rapid development of automotive electronic modules, the quality requirements for in vehicle electrolytic capacitors are becoming increasingly high, and quality control has become a challenge. We hope that both parties can leverage their respective strengths and continue to deepen cooperation on the capacitor vision defects inspection system. Through multi link and three-dimensional testing and control, we will work together to achieve no defective products flowing into the end market. During the exchange, both sides fully exchanged views on the many challenges facing the current capacitor industry, and unanimously agreed to leverage their respective resource and technological advantages, further deepen cooperation on the basis of cooperation and win-win, jointly promote the intelligent transformation of the industrial chain, and establish and improve a product quality control system.
